Able to use crown items in appearance change with Tokens?

If I have either crown items or achievement markings I've earned in game, am I able to apply them permanently to my character with one of the character tokens?

    Go into your collections while in game, look for the items in there and apply to your character.

    I get how to do that, I want to see if I can permanently apply them to my character vs just temporarily

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno Could you all mention this as a development idea? I know I would restyle my character if we were able to do this. Primarily this is an issue because of being vampire where your face and body markings and your face adornments do not stay applied if you zone. That aside, it would be awesome to have change your base look to something you've acquired, especially since this has been an issue since launch of the crown store items.
