Still no fix for BG queue... Remove the Ready-Check already!

So in todays patchnotes, we are getting a fix for wrong display of why you are being tossed around in the queue. So there is officially no fix. Everything is working as intended, apparently. The only problems are the communication of the errors that are causing you to wait 20 min for a simple 12-man Battleground. Apparently.
According to previous posts from @ZOS_GinaBruno - the current messages of someone declining invitation are actually that - someone declining. And i get it - in a 12 man group, there is quite the odds that someone was going AFK while on the queue or something. This increases exponentially as you get more and more failed ready checks. I have missed some myself, because i was in combat or what-not.
So please ZOS - can you either just remove the ready-check, or maybe make sure that you do not re-queue every single other person in the 12 man BG ? Because that is what it looks like is happening.
Yesterday night, i played for about 2 hours. TWICE i had to wait for a period of about 15-20 minutes to get into a BG. In between those, i would get in pretty quickly though.
There are so many players queueing for this, that if you remove the ready-check, you would be able to instaport people. It never fails. EVERY single time you start a fresh queue, you will get a ready-check within the first 10 seconds. But unfortunately that will fail in about 90% of the cases. What if you just ported everybody in, instead of asking for a ready-check? People JUST pressed the queue button. They are not looting a chest. And if so - GG to that.
As someone who has very limited game-time, it is really frustrating to be unable to play the content that i want. Especially since you cannot queue in Cyrodiil - which means that as a PvP'er i am stuck on the Rawl Rock, for the majority of my playing time.
