NPC Decorations - QoL for Decorating

Wouldn't it be awsome if they would add baby, children, guards, and npcs to your house to liven it up just like Swtor, i mean they don't really have to move around and such but stay in one spot and make gesters just to be somewhat alive.

Forgot to add they could also make this a huge gold sync along with the other housing decorations, and also make crown store exclusive npcs like Swtor does.

I want to have:

- stable master near my stable to train my horses at home
- chef in the kitchen to sell me provisioning ingredients
- bard in the living room who will play songs
- gardener who can sell me alchemy reagents
- small animals like chickens, cows, goats


But NO CHILDREN please.

I keep in cages target dummies and non-combat pets, also with midyear mayhem event there will be argonian and khajiit skeletons in achievement vendor so I'm gonna buy few of them

Actually if the cities would become a little bit more empty it would be good. Now lag in cities is horrible, you need to wait ages to load all NPCs (vendors, stable masters) and players look like black shadows

Players who can't afford house or simply are not interested in buying one would still visit cities so they won't be completely empty.

Indeed. It would be nice to travel through towns without putting so much strain on my PS4. I plan on upgrading to the Pro soon which will help a tiny bit. That said, I don't need to see people dueling in cities or crowding the crafting stations to know the game is alive and well. There are plenty of people at world bosses and public dungeons to convey this message.
