    leeching strikes will out trade hurricane damage if you light att enough

    dont be afraid of it. lingering health pots help.

    Just run fast while sneaking, vampire passive is much useful!

    I mostly encounter hurricane in IC than Cyrodil!

    Never had big issue with hurricane.
