More Minor Holidays

In a game where we can travel to almost every province (exceptions being mainland Summerset, and the rest of both Elsweyr and Black Marsh), we should see the inhabitants actually celebrating throughout their lives on Tamriel. Just because the world (to the average observer) might be pulled into Coldharbour doesn't mean they can't hold celebrations. In fact, why do we know about their holidays if we only see certain select ones, every so often?

Maybe it'd be a stretch to have them all, but can't we at least have quite a few more? Just to add a breath of life to the cities and towns.
