Stuttering when entering dungeon queue

I have this bug where the game stutters ONLY when i enter a random dungeon queue. The stutter occurs constantly every 10-15 seconds. The tehnical support folks couldn't help me with this issue and sent me here. I can provide video evidence of this bug if needed. I have heard of more people having this problem, im hopeful that you can solve it in a future patch , as the dungeon finder is a very important aspect of the game.

    I got a reply from support tickets finally after months of bringing up this issue with dungeon finder along with the removing from area, not getting random bonus, and failed ready checks. This system has been bugged for months and has yet to be resolved.

    This is what my support ticket response was:

    "Thank you for contacting the Bethesda Customer Support. My name is Bryan and I'll be assisting you today.

    I see that you are having an issue with the dungeon finder tool. I apologize for the inconvenience of this situation. I assure you we will do everything we can to try and get this resolved for you .

    The developers have released an update today that has addressed several issues in the Grouping Tool. Here is a brief overview of these changes below.

    Grouping Tool
    Fixed an issue where you would be removed from a queue when trying to re-queue immediately after declining a Ready Check.
    Fixed an issue that could prevent other players from being found for your group if your first replacement declined the invite.
    Fixed an issue where you would not be put back into a queue after attempting to form a group when another player would not accept the Ready Check due to being inactive.

    Thats all fine and dandy and it did help with the removing from area bugs, not to mention I was shocked to finally get a response. But when you fixed that bug 2 more bugs popped up in its place. And how am I expected to wait in queue for 15 or 20 minutes sometimes with the game constantly freezing.

    You're telling me to be patient....I've been patient for 5 months now...my patience is about to run out.

    Its broken plain and simple. If I was selling you say a broken car, would you still make payments on it 5 months after you discover the transmission and motor didnt work? I tell you I fixed the transmission (which took 5 months), but you know the motor is still shot...are you a happy customer? Absolutely not. So basically thats what your doing to me, you fixed one issue and left the rest broken. Guess what, we still aren't happy customers....fix the whole car please! Not just part of it. This has been especially terrible since homestead release in February....FEBRUARY!! It's almost July now ffs. And we are still addressing this? The last update just came 2 or 3 weeks ago. So it took 4 months to make even some progress on it and its still broken...do we have to wait another 4 months to see progress on this again?
