Magic Templar PvE build for Morrowind - Need Advice

Before the Morrowind expansion came out I was following Deltia's "Omega" build for my Magplar (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4LcBWicnYQ) but I took a few months break and now with Morrowind out and Deltia retired from ESO this build is outdated and I'm looking for an updated build to follow.
I'm currently 327 CP and Dark Elf. Any help is appreciated, even if it's just a link to another updated guide. Mostly looking for skills with hotbar setups, armor / weapon combo, champion point allocation, etc.

✭I'm not a Templar player myself, but since no one else has chimed in. Go check out Alcasthq.com He is the preminent build video creator now. He should have a magplar guide that will get you started.1 -
