1st and 3rd person camera constantly drifting on PC

Hadn't played in a few weeks, logged on with my laptop yesterday and now my camera continues to drift after moving my mouse. It's really annoying because it pulls my character to the side while I'm walking/running/riding, and i've tried all the solutions I could find. I went to the compatibility settings on eso64.exe and checked "disable display scaling at high DPI settings", i've tried running the eso64.exe directly in administrator mode (which apparently can't be done with copies of the game purchased through steam), i've tried tweaking all the camera options in game, and i did a full reinstall last night. No luck. I know it's not the mouse because this is the only game i'm having issues with, and i never had a problem a recently as 2 or 3 weeks ago. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
