[BUG] Failed char load in Skar, Devine Delusions quest

PC. Quest: Divine Delusions. Step: Help Seryn Disprove Chodala's Claim (Give Seryn the Correct Scroll).
Brief temporary Internet connection interruption (when I was inside Skar) caused me to be logged out at this step. When I tried to long in the next day, on the character load, the game crashed and the (automatic) error reporter was used. I did not see the moment that the render was attempted, but there was sounds of Lava, or something similar still in the background. There was just a grey screen with the error reporter window in it. When I (finally) got re-logged, I was outside Skar in Ald'ruhn, at the quest step "Enter Skar." Extremely laggy (~1000ms ping) Satellite Internet connection (barely playable, one of the only online games that's playable for me).
Character: Casontril, DK, Lv31.
