Well you have Necrom in the East, a necropolis which "function as a burial ground for Morrowind's finest citizens and warriors. In appearance Necrom resembles a giant necropolis, dominated by sacred walls and white towers"

And you also have Blacklight in the west a major Redoran city on the northwestern coast of mainland Morrowind, close to the border of Skyrim.

Seeing them would be great but I am not sure they are going there any time soon

    More Dunmer? :p

In the West, there's the border with Skyrim: the Velothi Mountains. It has the city of Blacklight to the north; near the Sea of Ghosts.

The Telvanni Peninsula, the Isle of Gorne and the City of Necrom lie to the East.

And there's also the city of Tear, a stronghold of House Dres South East of Deshaan

Yeah, the Telvanni capital is to the East. Also, apparently, fairly sharp cliffs dotted with Dwemer ruins that need to be accessed from above, if I remember correctly.

Technically, the Telvanni Capital is on a separate island east of the peninsula. Necrom is on the peninsula... or at least east of Davon's Watch.

To the West, there's Blacklight, and some other setltments.

It's probably worth pointing out, the western edge of Morrowind is really compressed at present, because of how Eastmarch and The Rift are positioned. Both of those should be further inland (and Eastmarch should be further south from the north coast. So there's already some weirdness with the map. There's an entire swath of Morrowind roughly the size of Stonefalls north along the coast that doesn't fit on the current map.

I think that Sheogorad will be a Morrowind DLC, at some point in the future.

I know that ZOS has sort of indicated that there were not going to be any DLCs that require Morrowind, and I believe them, in the short term. However, at some point, Morrowind will be pretty close to ubiquitous. There will be no reason to not have Morrowind DLC, because almost all the players will have it. They can do Sheogorad as a DLC when that happens. It will be an interesting conduit to get the last stragglers into Morrowind.
