As you guys know FTE have a ton of different skill levels, playstyles, and home life but one thing a lot of us have in common is going beyond Normal & Veteran Raid completes.
Although most guilds will be creating a CORE squad based on 12 pushing leaderboards that not what FTE will be doing.
We are making a raid TEAM! Meaning we will be grabbing 8-15 DPS, 2-4 TANKS, 2-4 HEALERS, and our main focus is to:
1st Have fun
2nd Come up with strategies that work for us
3rd Execute those strategies to near perfection
4th Not worry about speed and more about execution (Focusing on low deaths)
Of course this group will be more strict in terms of requirements and no this doesn't mean we will stopping OPEN raids!
There is no pressure to join core and nothing wrong with not joining core.
Just know that being in CORE you will be expected to come to raid night unlike OPEN where it is first come first serve.
DPS required is 28k Single on Target 6 million skelly with only Major Pen and Sustain available from team mates.
Tanks will need gear discussion with leaders and to be able to lead in some instances!
Healers will need gear discussion with leaders and to be able to lead in some instances!
Discord is required along with a microphone.
