Healing Springs, Mutagen, Breath of Life bugged!

Just noticed today - when Prevent Attacking Innocents is on, and I try to use those a.m. healing spells while pointing on friendly mobs, I can't and get the info that's because of Prevent Attacking Innocents is on. Ridiculous - these are pure healing spells.
Please deal with it asap!

✭This is still an issue, with Breath of Life and Dark Cloak also. I believe they said they are fixing cloak, but they need to fix Breath of Life also.
I'm actually completely flabbergasted as to how self and ally targeting abilities ever got this bug. If anything, it should be healing the target npc maybe. It's not even treating them like a normal enemy that gets ignored by self/ally targeting abilities.
This is a crazy dumb bug. Perhaps it may even have something to do with the mementos targeting your target when they are supposed to be self-used.
