DAWNBREAKER BUG!!!!! 2ND POST!! PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE AND FIX

I AM SICK TO DEATH of my dawnbreaker not hitting people. can someone at zos please put it out there if this is how its gonna be now? you want me to fight these cancerous proc sets, mainly nightblades, and not have an ultimate because they are always rolling out of it?? They are right in my face, like if this is how dawnbreaker is gonna be from now on, just let me know and ill start using meteor on my stam sorc. But this is unreal, and really aggravating. Ill write it out again:

Dawnbreaker is not hitting people if they dodge roll, but they still are right in front of my face. Also, sometimes they dont dodge roll and it still misses! Its soooo annoying for an OP class like stam blades, with op abilities like cloak and incap, to be able to hit me with everything and the one thing i have that can come close to 1 shotting most of them is not working. Obv this shines in Bgs but its agitating everywhere.

all i know is this was not happening til morrowind, if its not a bug and how its gonna be then fine, but i did not see it in the patch notes..
