Does anyone get double digit fps in cyro? Or is that just a myth?

lol, just gotta take a hit with your graphics settings. I play on a 2011 macbook pro at 30-70fps in cyro depending on the zerg or nothing happening. So no excuses. Granted Im on the lowest of the low settings.

Pretty much the same except in HoF. Much more effects going off in that trial but that is not the issue in overworld or any existing content.

My ping is all over the place lately though. It used to be more predictable, and stayed in a smaller range.

Since the last patch I have noticed a vast improvement. I used to have a severe lag problem during busy times, but now it seems to be fixed! Hopefully it will continue.

Well, this poll CLEARLY proves that half of the players have suffered a decrease in performance. So that is worrying.

My FPS has gotten severely worse in Vvardenfell specifically, on average 20-40 fps. I tested it vs. Deshaan and with the same settings I get about 60-80 fps.

No, it shows a tad over half perceive a decrease in FPS. It's not the same thing. Unless everybody was taking detailed, statistically reliable records before and after Morrowind then what they think is happening may be nothing more than confirmation bias.

It can also be that last GFX driver dont support Morrowind for i have friend say samething but in other game the FPS have drop and when look into it look like new nvidia driver did not support his game and it also can be that Morrowind dont support GFX 1080 atm but dont take my word on you should look into.

    Beside i have GTX 970 and i have atm 70 - 100 FPS when i run ESO

I get good fps for a short while..60 or so, but about 10-15 mins into a session and it gets halved. Even more strange, graphics tweaking doesn't seem to alleviate the troubles much. Quite frustrating.

And echoing on the 1080 comment, yeah I have one and it seems to struggle, but only on this game, every other game is just fine. It didn't struggle this way a couple months ago, not even close.

I personnel have not reverted back but I do know my friend uninstall GeForce-experience but I don't know if it helps him with FPS for he's on holidays atm.

But you can try to uninstall GeForce-experience see if get better if not then I guess that your GTX 1080 driver is bug for the are many other games have issue with GTX 1080 driver atm

No change in FPS, but many other issues with the game has escalated to insane levels.

For example the bug in "Pact Advocate" forced me to redo the quest 5 times (usally the bug only forces me to do it once). And the bug that prevents you from using your weapon happens at least once a day now, and the same thing with the bug that prevents you from doing anything but walk, the one forces you to either reload the game or restart depending on how heavily the bug hits.
