Combat pet players should be happy now. On ESO Live they announced that the Combat Pet out-of-combat regen will be reinstated.
So all of those that whined about it, it paid off. Oh and here is some cheese, I know it's a little late.

✭✭✭This pleases my magplar healer greatly. She was getting tired of healing summoned pets, even out of combat. Nurturing is her occupational cross to bear. Lol.PC NA (PvE)
