So Grroup Finder Waiting Times......

What i seem to notice regularly with group finder is that if someone does not accept to join group you get a message on the lines of "group finder failed, moved to front of que" thats cool, its great to know you are at the front of the que... so why on many occasions can it still take another five minutes + to find one replacement when (presumably) there will be thousands queing for the empty role. Would it not be better to form the group with the players who accepted, port them into the dungeon instamce and let group leader initiate a replacement?
