Why doesn't the Maw Skin animate like the mount, ZOS?

I am just curious to know why. I love the blue and black smoke that comes off from the mount but the maw skin doesn't do that. Why don't my footprints leave little blue prints behind? #lagfest #crazycatladywantsanswers

You still beating your gums about that? Like it or not, you got that mount a lot cheaper than some people will now only be able to obtain it for. 100 gems can and in most cases does work out a lot more than the 4k crowns you paid for it. If anything, it's too expensive at 100 gems, but that's an entirely different argument.2
