Bug Cyrodill alliance quest

The support told me to open a thread about my problem...so here it goes
PC EU
my character (lvl 50 cp 440+)has no acess to the quest boards in Cyrodill for alliance war quests, it seems bugged.
I have no quest markers and no open quest e.g welcome to cyrodill.
Fighter guild quests are fine also my other characters are not having the same issue
