Character Locked in Glitch Screen and Booted from Server

Hello,
Hoping someone can help me out. My character was knocked by an NPC and was thrown through a closed doorway in the Mephala's Nest Delve. On the "other side" is a full glitch area and the character falls through the floor. Normally I would use the "Get me unstuck" option on the PS4 however, I'm booted from the server due to "too many messages?" (Error 318)
I reset and spawn directly where the character falls again and I can't get use the "get me unstuck" option because I'm booted too quickly...
Can someone please help? Open to suggestions

XxstevexXSoul ShrivenFurther to this. I can't seem to log a ticket at help.elderscrolls.com. The submit button seems to be inactive. Anyone else have this issue? Very frustrating...0
