Looks like the design teams are screwing around with things in their dev environment, and those changes keep getting flagged for moving into production. That's usually the result of sloppy oversight.

I'll admit, I am interested to know what Brian Wheeler says about this. Were the shells removed for the same reasons as the torch bugs and deer?

how is it possible, that when someone uses a swear word in the conversation, the moderators are there in few hours, or if someone posts something against the forum rules, the moderators are rushing to close the tread as fast as possible and in the case of this bug there is a week after these two treads about it were created and no reply from ZOS???
