You can of course attempt it and if you get a good group that knows what they're doing, they'll manage to get you through them too but you'll be at a disadvantage. You'll have trouble finding groups because your damage and gear will be limited and any good drops you loot will become out-levelled in a matter of hours or days. It takes just a few days to get from CP10 to 160, a week or two at best. I'd strongly suggest to do normal pledges, random normal dungeon to get your dungeon fix and power through those quests until you hit 160.Dragonknight Smith of the Lith | Rayna Dreloth

I'd avoid dlc vet dungeons for a while.
