Skooma - Is it in ESO?

I know that there's Moon Sugar, is that the same thing?

I've come across many quests talking about Skooma, and I thought I remember finding some in Vanilla AD starter quests in 2014, but since repicking up the game with Morrowind I haven't come across any.

TL;DR - My Breton MagSorc is fiending out for some Skooma, needs help acquiring and taking it

As far as I know, there is no skooma available to player characters. Only NPCs get to partake.

Moonsugar is a Khajiit cultural spice. Harmless to Khajiit in limited doses, not so much for other races. Skooma is refined Moonsugar, and a dangerous addictive drug to all races.

Moonsugar = good (for Khajiit)
Skooma = very bad (for all)

This one hate skooma, its an waste of sweet moon sugar.
Morrowind has an fun quest with an Khajiit moon sugar farmer who is probably wanting to make skooma but that is not proven, he might just want to sell the moon sugar.
At the AD starting island its an even better quest about skooma.

Khajiit she has three skooma pipes yes. All just for decorative purposes of course ...

Though why such pipes would be so popular for so many travellers for just decorative purposes though is so very curious yes.

It would be like having a pipe for dragons when we all know there is no such thing as dragons.

Yes, this one also has a skooma bubbler in her appartment (this one has the gold, but has to do the Glenumbra quests to get the big awesome house). And yes, of course only for decorative purposes, there is no skooma, no there is no skooma nowhere, khajiit did not see any, khajiit iz innocent,...well maybe khajiit can get some skooma for a reasonable price, khajiit knows the people, but only for close friends....khajiit said nothing...

oh yeah, nice , this one hides her skooma too, and very well, but remembers where, but will not tell
