Approaching Thunder Quest Bug

I wanted to do the quest "Approaching Thunder" but got stuck. When you have to get the key to Thorulf's room I talked to Domar. I've tried this several times, either giving him money or persuing him to give me the key but I didn't get it. You gave me the clue to log out for 15 Minutes. I did so for an hour - didn't work. I abandoned the quest 5 times and startet new - didn't work. Then I left the Rift for more than an hour and came back - didn't work. I don't get the damn key.
