Ive spend the last hour trying to log in, just to give up, and find the install button on my laucher as i restart it. Like i need to know, and rly need to confirm i have to download 40Gb of data, for whatever reason..Anything else i can try before that? Obviously patcher has messed up with some files during instalation, but 40Gigs is waytoo much. i wont be able to to anything for 2 days streaight with with the 500k/s im gettin here. pls any ideas ?

Okay now, before anyone comes up with the obvious. Ive read what is there on top of the forums, and none of suggested solutions comes up for me. Long story short. The launcher doesnt provide me with an option to cancel the installation. I can only pause it. 25 restarts didnt change a thing. Is there any command to force the repair on the launcher?

Okay, Took me some time to find a solution, so why not share it, since none came up with anything in the meantime.. Might help someone in future.
Its simple and easy, once you know its the launchers fault, not the corrupted files like in my case.
I closed the launcher entirely. Renamed the whole Elder Scrolls Folder to something else.
Download new client from account page, and installed it. Then cancelled the download of the game.
Since i didnt have enough space on the drive to copy all the files, and didnt want to bother rly, i just moved everything between the folders, and launched the new client. It went through the repair process alright, and downloaded like 3Mb of data only. Insted of 40Gigs
Your old addons and settings are now being held in a backup folder same placed as before (My documments/ElderScrolls). You just need to move all the stuff from there to /Live/ folder next to it, and your good to go.
