Its not even a glitch, its just bad lag. I was even reported to xbox live for cheating because of that. A bad mark on an otherwise spotless record...

On the snipe issue.. yeah this is incredibly annoying and I believe it has to deal with the travel time in this ability and the only possible way I could think of for remedying this issue is to place a delay after successfully firing off the ability.

but people doing a emote snipe glitch from what everyone that has been saying it when you roll dodge and it comes up dodge you not really roll dodging it I guess.

The guy raged at me after a Keep Defense when he accused me of Snipe Glitching his group when in reality all I was doing was firing off Lethal Arrows from atop the inner keep trying to defend it. We eventually worked it out that it was just the laggy as all Hell battle that was delaying the damage of my attacks for him but at that point he'd already fired off a report.

Wow.. i thought there was something wrong when i had 5 snipes from the same guy on my recap seeing as that's like 4 or 5 seconds worth of casting and my hp and shield just went from full to 0 in the blink of an eye with no chance for me to heal or block or anything.. at least i know now that it wasn't me being too much of a scrub and someone was "at it"

Snipe and other cast time abilities can cause health desyncs still sometimes. However being machine gunned by Snipe like this is comical...snipe should work like magic abilities you go out of range it just fizzles out...I have seen snipe pass through walls, hit people around corners it's really quite silly

Of course because it doesn't make sense and felt exaggerated. I'm apart of the ambassador program (level 8 out of 10) and I'm also apart of enforcement united/ participate in assisting XBLPET. On the enforcement link it would show the case review which if you believed the action taken against your account was inaccurate, you could appeal it. My link was to see a screenshot of your appeal or if there was one to begin with because I do/did not believe you would be reported for something that is a problem with the game and it's mechanics/server.

The guy believed I was intentionally desyncing my attacks, and told me in chat he was reporting me as a cheater. I look at the enforcement page and there's one report for cheating. I have absolutely no idea what else it could be cause ESO is the only xbox game I ever play online and even then I rarely spend time in Cyrodiil. Besides I don't know why its so hard to believe? A player gets hit by this glitch, sees the attack came from me, and automatically assumes the worst and reports me for cheating. Many people do that.
