I'm quitting because you never addressed the Fred Flintstone feet or subpar graphics. Look, you market ESO towards a more mature established crowd. Just because we are more mature and established and PLAY mmos, does not mean we all are welfare junkies, drug addicts or coffee shop political know it all people collecting our monthly government crazy check and playing ESO on free wifi while drinking coffee we brought from home in a coffee cup from the coffee shop..

Some of us CAN afford nice computers, good video cards and want to enjoy good graphics , especially those of us who lived thru the Nintendo Atari etc generation. Which brings me back to Fred Flintstone feet on your character models. No I don't have an online foot fetish, YES I want to see more detailed graphics.

Look, if people who mod skyrim can do it, why cant the wonderful devs of ESO? Fire a DEV and go hire a couple of 18 year old high school drop outs who Mod in their moms basement, I bet their moms thank you because now she can kick them out of the house knowing they can afford to make it.....


I expect a bunch of verbal poo to be flung my way and you know what? I don't care. Maybe ill come back in a week to read it and get a chuckle. Get to working on better graphics, more detail on the various character models and maybe, JUST maybe ill come back in a few years but till then my time and money are going elsewhere.


Can I have your stuff? Sure, I'm giving out all my gold , its wedged between the stubby Fred Flint stone feet of my various characters. I already donated crap to all my guilds and gave stuff out to people who weren't lazy enough to speak up when I offered some free stuff in g chat.. I made sure to let every single one of them know what they just lost out on when 1 guild had no speaker uppers.



FIX THE DAM CHARACTER MODELS OR START ALLOWING PEOPLE TO MODEL THEIR OWN CHARACTERS OR SELL ESO APOPROVED CHARACTER PACKS ( INCLUDE NUDES FOR US MATURE PEOPLE ) DO SOMETHING.. YOU'RE LOSING QUALITY PEOPLE LIKE ME.

Why are you quitting over poor graphics tho. I can understand quitting because of poor gameplay but because low textures? I agree that higher graphics should be available to those with better computers but I hope you come back someday.

While he is not entirely wrong that the character models are rather lacking
(As They were developed originally in a third-person perspective and not for first-person)
The OP could have presented his problem in a better way.

That being said, the character models could be better.
The base game gear could definitely use a re-work
The base game environments could be better seeing as to how high quality the DLCs are.

Making new content is great but updating the graphics, that were considered dated at launch in 2014, would be better for the game in the long run

While I do agree that ESO's models are overly simplistic and really crappy compared to guild wars 2 , swtor, black desert online, etc. I have to say... Dude, what an overreaction! Take a chill pill. The only way they would be able to improve on that is if they would allow fewer players in intances (I'm completely for it btw) and if they would fix cyrodil crapping lags. Otherwise pvp people would completely *** about the idea of introducing cool models (it does negatively impact their game). So, basically what you are asking for is for zos to change their design plans, which, while a great idea, will never happen because one they don;t want to and second they aren't capable of it.

And really? out of all the abysmal model glitches and lackluster design it is the feet that you complain about? That's a first :'D

So if you took this literal, the humor is too complex for you. Let me explain. OP is taking his own pet peeve and going snowflake mode. His post is a creative way of both stating his opinion and preference while making a statement about the state of society in general.

My guess is that you will be quitting a lot more for the time to come. You cant keep everyone happy you know... To ESO one person quitting over something while the other 999 are staying is no biggy. Would be if it was the other way around.

The problem not in graphics by itself. The problem is: all of this crap are going server-client and back, and calculating on server. I think this only causes lags.
