I am not understanding which one deals damage to multiple mobs

Wrong. It is ice staff.

It's lightning.
Inferno staff has single target boosting passives, Ice has passives for tanking, & lightning does the aoe splash damage.

I don't wanna sound rude man, always good to ask question on here, but, reading the destro staff skill line passives by mouse overing them, absolutely answer the question. Unless it was a trolling post/question.
