I have wrote some tickets the last few day with no help I been trying to purchase crowns with the following notification The transaction was not authorized. Please contact your payment provider for additional assistance. I called my credit card provider more than once and they told me their is no record of any unauthorized transaction and that my credit card is fine no problem it has to be on the other end. I believe I know the problem this happened right after I changed my @name on my eso account I changed it back to see if that would fix it it but it did'nt please take a look into this issue and please see if me changing my at name wass the cause I have never had this problem before
