Eso starting in maximized windowed full screen

Happens to me since few days, it started after some random game freezing and auto kick to loading sceen.
I was hitting some keys I don't know now which and suddently it happend, screen is now windowed maxed out but still not full screen - I can see Windows Start menu and the bar.
Trying keys Windows+up/down arrow to minimize/maximize doesn't help a bit - it's still windowed full screen.
Any idea what went wrong and what to do now? Any combination of Windows keys to be hit to restore a real full screen mode?
