DSR Smoothness has no effect

Hello everyone,
I'm playing on 3840x2160 DSR resolution. About a month ago I've noticed that the Smoothness setting from Nvidia Control Panel does not apply to ESO anymore and seems to be always the same, no matter whether I set it to 0% or 100% in NCP. This makes the game look more aliased than it used to, and there's also some grass shimmering that wasn't there before. I'm pretty sure this happened before Morrowind launch.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any advice would be most appreciated.
