A Cold Wind From the Mountain Quest Bugged
Ever since the Morrowind patch, a part in this quest is bugged and you are unable to complete this without the aid of 3 other people.
During the part where you need to place 4 items in a room in certain locations, however the bug is that you can only pick up one item instead of all four. Because of this, this quest is impossible to progress alone.
And yes, this quest is necessary if you want the three "bear" costumes.
