First off this, secondly it only procs on weapon abilites. Some builds make more use of guaranteed procs on melee every 4s than on 10% chance on weapon abilites. E.G stam sorcs can proc viper via hurricane, if i'm not mistaken. But I wouldn't lay my hands in the fire for this since I rarely use proc sets.0 -

Dracindo✭✭✭✭✭I use red mountain, it's pretty awesome for when you're aiming for better gear, especially for a stamblade. Drop Endless hail on a bunch of mobs and boom, every 0.5 second I have 10% chance of great damage on 1 mob within it. I deal tons of extra damage in dungeons with this, and it's a pretty easy to get set. Or for a cheap price at least, if you don't care Divines trait.1 -

It procs Ravager and Viper in this patch, so I guess it would at least count as one proc.0 -
TheStealthDude✭✭✭✭I did run this combo at one time on a Hybrid DK build for PvP and PvE (mostly PvP, though) and it was fun. Ended up scrapping the build because I wasn't getting the damage I wanted (mostly due to my poor choice of monster set, in hindsight, though) and I just really wanted to play mDK again.0

Not all classes have a target-bound gap closer in their class line. And the one from fighters guild is lackluster and expensive.0 -

just re-requipped my red mountain set on my stam dk (velidreth, black rose and red mountain )...
was worried about sustain if the set only proc'd from weapon abilities/skills...

I've always found steel tornado to do more damage tbh, I would think it has a chance to proc every hit tho it depends on the toolkit makeup of the skill0 -

Cool down of Red Mountain is 2 seconds and rapid channel time is less than 2, so I it should never proc more than once. As for each hit giving a chance to proc, I would assume so since weapon dots like poison injection can proc it (but obviously test to be sure)
