Severe lag spikes, unresponsive skills and weapon swaps, desyncs then booted to logon

This all happened to me within the last hour. I had to bail from an AA run since I couldn't stay connected between trash pulls. I was playing fine last night. Today things have been playing terribly. Has anyone else had this experience today?
