ESO PLUS Nonsense!

I have been having an issue with my ESO Plus Subscription, and for 3 weeks I have been trying to update my billing on my XBox Microsoft account to not avail.
I eneded up having to place my PayPal billing to try and get my payment in for my monthly subscription, but it was too late and my ESO Plus was suspended. I made a payment through my PayPal last nigt (pst) and when I log into ESO, It states that my ESO Plus Membership : Not Active, yet it shows on my PayPal statement that they gladly took the money.

Today I log into ESO and check my ESO Plus and it still states Not Active. I called Microsoft to inquire about the issue and the Customer Service Rep. Ends up issuing me a refund after 2 hours going back & forth with him. Then he suggests I try again and re-purchase ESO Plus. I log into game and re-purchase it, and once again Membership: NOT ACTIVE. and to boot, he tells me that it was charged TWICE!!!!!! Now this Microsoft Representative had to issue me THREE, YES THREE REFUNDS IN UNDER 24 HOUR TIME SPAN.

I then remove my profile from my Xbox One and reinstall my profile and still nothing changed. Not only am i already frustrated but so is the CSR because he doesn't understand what's going on. This is 3 weeks of this nonsense and I have never had a problem before with recurring charges on my monthly subscription until I now needed to update my credit card in which I have been trying for 3 whole weeks! Updating billing info so that my ESO Plus Membership doesn't go in default should not be such an issue especially from someone who is paying a monthly subscription and also make crown purchases which help keep this game going as other people who contribute financially with these Subscriptions and Crown purchases.

Now the CSR tells me I need to contact ESO directly and of course to make matters worse, they dont even have a point of contact via phone number!!! What kind of company is this that they do not offer direct calls to customer service representatives to handle situations such as mine and others im sure people have encountered.

The CSR suggested i try to re-purchase it, hahahaha I told him i didnt need yet another refund now for the FORTH time in less than 24 hours. I am already at the point of leaving ESO for good. With all the glitches, kickouts of the game while playing and not getting what I pay for and I dont mean the actual game but the monthly subscription and the benefits its supposed to provide, Im disgruntled. And now with no point of DIRECT CONTACT to remedy this situation, this is beyond deplorable.

I am someone who prides in paying her bills on time and at least getting what I paid for because with the way this is going, this is exactly how companies loose good paying customers.

Has anyone else have these issues as well. There should be some sort of compensation for this trouble.

    Put in a complaint with the BBB and they will generally help you get in contact with a business more directly.

    In regard to contacting the BBB, they wouldn't be much help with the technical side of what is going on "In Game" with ESO Plus Subscription. I will be contacting them if I do not see the so-called Refunds back into my Paypal account. I was told it will take weeks for refunds.

    I own my own business so I know how the BBB works. It just frustrates me that a company as BIG as Bethesda and Zenimax do not have a direct Customer Service 1-800 line. This childish "Forum" way of expressing complaints and issues are ridiculous, because then your just waiting till someone "Hopefully" see's it and actually responds and this still does not guarenttee the issue will be taken cared of but then by the time this happens they can lose paying customers like myself who have spent loads of money with Microsoft for Elder Scrolls Online, not only for myself, but for my family & friends as gifts.

    I always place my cusomters needs 1st and foremost since they are the one's paying the bills, there is always a direct point of contact at my company.
