xbox1 - inventory glitch

Ever since the new update my inventory has been buggy. When I deposit items to my personal bank they disappear and duplicate and become existing items in my inventory. For example I had 58 or so fish I put into the bank. When I went to look for the fish they were not showing up. As I continued to scroll through my inventory I saw that I had 58 leki's axes and the item description told me that they were fish (weird UI error). I transferred this new item/s to my characters inventory and it disappeared. I proceeded to log out and back in to see if this would fix the bug which it did/did not. I lost both the fish and axe but the other items that were duplicated with incorrect item descriptions were now correct. I have learned my lesson not to remove items from my inventory when this is happening but I find this a huge inconvenience when transfer items between inventory banks. Also this has happened multiple times in my experience and I have captured each occurrence with screen shots for proof. Also if you could fix the glitch where the bank mysteriously misplaces gold deposits that would be swell too.
