Game kicks to loading screen without reason

What's going on? My internet connection is 15Mb on cable and stable.
The issue is the same, my abilities stop working, after several seconds I'm kicked to loading screen without any notice or popup.
After logging again, playing several minutes gets the same story again. Happens from time to time. Really annying. Usually happens during fights so when I come back I'm dead.
I don't loose internet connection, so is this server or some vicious ZOS' staff playing with accounts?
