my weapons keep on decreasing in damage

my weapons keep on decreasing in damage after a few hours of play. i asked support and they said repair game files i did that and it doesn't work at all. this is becoming extremely frustrating right now. this doesn't happen to my friends only me wth is going on. it seems like when my weapons enchantment level goes down past a certain point. it starts decreasing in damage. i had a 1108 bow today went into a dungeon and now its1084. yesterday by other bow was at 1120 and then it went down to 1196. my daggers did the same thing their enchantments hit all time low so i had to go craft new ones. i am just wondering if its the weapon durability bar that is doing it?

a) You're outleveling your weapons, i.e. character level surpasses weapon level.

b) You're losing scaling bonus, i.e. game scales you up to be competitve with a fully leveled char (Level 50 CP 160). To compensate for skillpoint and gear choice deficiency, the scaling is stronger the lower your level is. Even with level appropriate weapons/gear, you will get lower stats with higher levels up until you reach a.m. cap.

Yup, not a bug, this is how the game is.

Find or craft new gear at most every 10 levels until you hit gear cap.

This is exactly why you don't farm sets until after you hit CP 160.
