[Bug] Unblockable Meteor

Meteor is going through block. What's the deal ZOS? Are you on a mission to make every ability in the game undodgeable and unblockable? Is your goal to remove all counterplay from the game?
I play on the PC NA server if that helps. Not sure if this is happening to others.
