Blue Screen 100% from Vivec Palace Wayshrine to Ald-ruhn

So, on my main character only, I have a 100% success rate of blue screening when travelling from Vivec Palace Wayshrine to Ald-ruhn Wayshrine.
What is causing this??? This is the only character I have done any of the quest lines on. Is this what is causing it??
