Bug reporting broken Xbox One

For the last couple of days I've been trying to do a bug report for a broken item/NPC mechanic and a bugged quest, but every time I try it won't let me select a category or fill out item/quest name, instead taking me back to the main menu. Is this happening to anyone else? It's really frustrating when you contact support about in-game issues and they tell you to fill out a bug report but you can't because bug reporting is broken o.O

You see I thought this was going a completely different direction. I make bug reports all the time, and all I ever get back is:
    Greetings,
Most in-game issues can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then logging back in. This will load you into a new game instance and refresh your surroundings. Please make sure you’ve attempted that first! Also, be sure to visit our help portal where you can search for common issues and subscribe to individual articles for any updates about that information.
If you are returning to the game after a hiatus or are a new player, I recommend checking out our new Player's Guide for a reminder on gameplay mechanics and systems.
There are also many wonderful unofficial community wikis which have a lot of helpful information about the game:
    UESP Wiki
    The Elder Scrolls Wiki
    The Elder Scrolls Online Wiki
Please note that we do not officially endorse or support these wikis, and that you use the above wikis and the information contained within at your own risk. It is also possible that the information on the above sites may be incorrect and we cannot guarantee the validity of the information found there.
If you are still experiencing issues after trying the above suggestions, please feel free to respond back to this email so that our support team can give you further assistance.
    Kind Regards,
    The Elder Scrolls Online Team

That is the true brokenness of Bug Reporting. Customer service doesn't even read the issue. They just send automated responses.

But to answer your question, I made several bug reports yesterday and they system worked fine.
