PC/EU - Why does my game crash after a random time in the game UI but only with some of my chars ?

So all is in the title, I don't know if it's a bug, account problem or else (that's why i post it EVERYWHERE 
), but i've this since a very long time (7-8 months) and I hoped it will be corrected with uptades... At last I'm here =P
Basically, the problem occurs with all my chars, except my first one and an other who beat the bug with an unknown magic !
So it happens when I'm in the game UI (inventory, shop, craft, quests dialogs, etc) but not in game. At the beginning, it was only in the beginners's zones but now I've this everywhere. I'm sure that i've to contact a GM but, you know... no answer from them !
Crash is not a black screen or an error message. Screen is frozen but I can hear environment or the text of the npc (loaded before the freeze), but no new sound starts. It's like you are watching a screenshot with sound. Quite hard to describe.
Funny thing is that if I'm in the UI but my char keep running, I haven't the freeze.
If anyone knows something about this, could he say this to me ?
PS : Addons or no, i still have crashs. FR-Client. EU Server. Repair option doesn't work of course. Freeze after 5-45 seconds, not a loading and I have to close my client with the tasks manager.

✭Did you ever try a full install? I've seen people struggle with screen-freezes, but not the way you describe.
Try and uninstall all your Add-ons and re-install your game. I know that in crowded environments my FPS takes a dive for a second when I open my character sheet or inventory. But it's always recovering somehow.Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny.

FPS aren't the problems. As i've said, I can play 2 of my chars without any troubles. Same for addons. It seems more like a "script error" of my chars... but of course i really don't know.
The only thing that i seriously don't understand is that one of my bugged chars has lost the problem.
About re-install the game, it will take 3 days in a row, so...
