    Some information about the crash, that dosent help in slightest, just a normal windows error extra box...
    so did you see the splash screens before the loggin.. when you got eso stopped responding error..
    did you get eso has stopped working whilst playing the game..

    reason i ask is if you get that error before uive even gone through splash screens, i would try updating Visual C++, and directX
    if you crashed whilst ingame, then we knows those are probably fine, and leads on to other suggestions..

    information is the key!!!

    Run windows sysinternals tools, if it is a hard crash then Process Dump should be of some help finding out what the cause is.

    This right here guys. Had this issue recently. Spent 3 days with support trying to find out a solution. Ended up finding this fix on redit, worked immediately, but i want to make sure anyone else who might have the same problem knows it works.
