minor tel var farm

I dunno is it a good or bad, but since one of CP campaign was removed, there are too many ppl in Imperial City. Now it is impossible to solo farm bosses to get as much tel vars as possible. Everytime anyone join up to u and reduce tel var's reward x2/x3 or more. I guess ZOS need to return 1 CP campaign back.

The original design behind imperial city was small scaled groups fighting around districts and telvar. And the bosses where designed for groupsizes 4+.

I can feel your pain but everyone wants a piece of cake you know.

I feel OP, used to enjoy IC before the latest update too... now I don't even bother going there to PVE anymore

I haven't been in IC for about a year, maybe longer. It's the only part of ESO that I truly cannot stand. It was designed to lure PvE players into PvP. Predictably, it almost immediately became a pointless gank fest.

You make it sound like it's a ZOS conspiracy to lure unsuspecting PVE players into being ganked for... No real reason?

It wasn't designed with PVE players in mind at all, it was designed for PVP, with PVE elements included in it to mix things up a bit and make it more interesting.

I just rampaged through Imperial City last night with my guild on our wardens (all of us were around level 30). There were about 12 of us and everything was being destroyed by birds (people and daedra) - Alfred Hitchcock would be proud. Managed to get tons of telvar and grab all the sewer/district bosses.

Moving in a large group allows you to grab telvar more reliably as your ability to be attacked is severely diminished. Grabbing the flag and then killing district bosses is one of the fastest gains you can get in a large group. PvP kills won't be as lucrative, but PvE kills will make up for that over the course of a night.

I dont think it was zos intentions to solo those bosses, that would be one reason they nerfed resources into the ground.

Yep.. otherwise, why have PVE quests and mob concentration in a AvA zone?

Perfect for PVE players who concentrate on building Tel Var stones, to be consumed by PVP players, who hate PVE.

Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

I love playing in IC. I might not get the most stones the fastest but I do really good.

Which one of you ganked me for 10k the other day when I was opening a chest? .. grrr.

Is this thread seriously complaining that there are MORE players in IC? How is that not a good thing? It's an MMO. We should hope that every zone is well populated.

I'm all for the addition of adding another CP campaign again... But not for the excuse of no competition in IC, this is more along the lines of why we won't get another one again.

I understand the original design, but I wish we could get a PvE zone like Imperial City without PvP. Preferably liked it was at release, harder. Tel Vars are fun, lots of bosses are fun, hard content was fun - it's what public dungeons should have been.

Clockwork City would have been perfect, but it might be too late for that.

I just wish the populace in IC didn't affect Cyrodiil's population cap. Nothing more frustrating than having your keeps completely overrun because the larger populace of your alliance is in IC farming Tel Var.

I wish ZOS would either separate the 2 zones OR they made IC more influential to Cyrodiil, such as ownership of the Arena District increased NPC numbers at your keeps/resources and so on.

Not my fault if you stand in the way of a stampede. We were all low-level players in IC for grabbing skyshards and achievements. We weren't there for PvP even though some fools *tried* to attack us and had a lethal diet of poultry as a result, lol. The term "zerg" is subjective. I've seen people claim that they were "zerged" by 4 players... clearly anything greater than 1v1 causes people to tilt. Strength in numbers, especially with low-levels, is why we chose to group up - also we wanted to have FUN.
