I have the Majestic Crown from the Adept Starter pack but I am trying to apply it but it says "Can not apply at this time" WHY
how can I actually apply it!

✭Are you using a costume through your collections? (Not one of the disguises you can equip in your disguise slot). Once you click and equip it through the Collection Interface (also use a hat if you want, it dyes together) then click to use the dye. It should show you a preview and once you make sure it applies click to confirm you want to dye it."If a stick of fish is a fish stick, it will stick like other fish sticks stick"

I found out the problem.
I was using Breton Hero costume. that I paid fo.
and it's an addon that causes the dye stamps to not work but not sure which addon it is, I disabled all addons and I was able to dye it0
