Repeated crashes in Group Dungeons

I am encountering repeated crashes while doing group dungeons. The crashes are random. Sometimes its during a boss fight and sometimes it could be just because I turned the camera. Outside dungeons, the game runs fine and I have encountered no crashes. My system is stable while playing other games at 4K or 1080p, and ESO is the only game that is crashing.

So far this is what I have tried:

- Reinstalled graphic card (GTX 1080) drivers.
- Reinstalled game
- Tried switching between 32 bit and 64 bit client
- Disabled all addons
- Cleared all saved variables & reinstalled addons
- Deleted usersettings, shadercooked and host.developer files
- Tried the repair game option (no files downloaded after check)

Brief info of my system:
i7-6700K, 16 GB 3200 MHz, GTX 1080, 500 GB SSD

I have tried searching the forums but the problem persists.
