Stam Sorc PvE Build Physical Penetration Question

My build is 2 velidreth, 5 war machine, 5 Spriggans (medium, divines, purple) and an adaption of Alcast's build

Mobs have 18.5k physical resistance
Spriggans adds 4k penetration
Each 1H for DW gives 2.5k penetration
If we use precise instead,
we can use 26 piercing in CP to make up for the penetration from no sharpened off-hand weapon according to the following CP distribution.
The Ritual
56 Mighty, 56 Thaumaturge, 56 Precise Strikes, 26 Piercing
The Attronarch
16 Master at Arms
Is this sufficient physical penetration for trials, dungeons, etc?
Or do we absolutely need 2 sharpened 1H and change our blue CP elsewhere such as with more Master at Arms?

Mostly cause tanks don't run Alkosh anymore due to the CP changes that allow you to frontload a few points in there to be at penetration cap 100% of the time, and because you need the extra health in vHoF and because well... Igneous Shield although nerfed, is still pretty good support. ✭✭Stam still works fine in PVP...the only place much more stam exits sometime
ZOS should reminds in the character creation interface , stam is not fit well in PVE , it will much more helpful to the players.0
