Last boss stays stuck on platforum from which he starts at and heals from.
Been happening since morrowind.

Sunah✭✭✭Yeah everyone just needs to fight him on the platform. Using aoes will kill the feast before it heals him. And as long as your healer is good enough he can heal through the aoe fire.2
