THANK YOU. Yes, the OP could have been more careful, but when a crime has been committed or a scam has been made, the blame lies 100% on the person committing the scam, period. Don't blame the victim for the crime. She didn't get *** because she "was asking for it." A guy didn't get mugged because he dared walk in a city at night. Blame the *** person for being ***. Victim blaming is BS.

For those people saying "Mouseover", this is an XBox user. ESO players aren't all PC, and they don't have a segregated forum.
For "Click in right stick to view items", a lot of people learned today that this is even a thing, so in this particular case maybe there should be minor call for drawing more attention to this feature in game. If not everyone knows how to avoid this kind of scamming just by looking at the CoD window, then it is not displayed prominently enough and needs to be adjusted.
