Does anyone know of a site with an updated CP system (and presumably the warden too)? I keep finding the old CP system with the Magicka and Stamina cost reduction, and it really doesn't help

Uesp build editor. Best tool you can find.

The only thing you can't do there is calculate sustain of your rotations.

Indeed, UESP BE is the best but mind that it doesn't includes CP jump points. But that should be the smallest issue.
