I'm wondering if there is any way to purchase the DLC content, more specifically the imperial city content for a player in our guild that has a non-steam account? Is there an option to purchase as gift from ESO site or other?

There was an invite-only trial of a gifting system, but if I understood correctly (I wasn't part of it) that involved contacting Support and telling them which item/s you wanted to buy and who they were for and then they'd manually remove the crowns from your account and add the items.

Purchase crowns from a 3rd party and then give your friend the code for the crowns that they can then use to get the DLC.0 -

That's great to know. As is a 3rd party crown pack was purchased with the code sent him. He got IC and is Loving It. I appreciate the replies.
